At Rayhaan UAE, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 working days

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 working days across all Emirates in the UAE

  • Orders are shipped after successful confirmation via payment or Cash on Delivery (COD).

🔄 Return Eligibility

We offer free returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging

📩 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free of charge for eligible items

  • We will arrange a pickup or provide instructions depending on your location

💳 Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund Method:

  • Online Payments (Stripe): Refunded to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer (details will be requested)

❌ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Please check with your bank or payment provider

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted

  • Products that do not meet return conditions may be rejected
